Now of course I talk directly to the Russians and the Brits, But the Chinese and Afghans, I need translators, so I don't know the Chinese or Afghans personally, but Russian contacts such as Viktor, Tanya, Kiril, Petrovich, and Dmitri are good friends to have, and my British comrade D.
